Story : Bhairava is the story of man Bhairava(Srihari) who works as CI in Hyderabad.He is honest cop.He allows four orphans to live in the police station.When people complain about ‘losing’ their valuables, he orders his subordinates to pay the people. His reasoning is that the police can earn it back from the ‘mamools’ they take from local goons. 


His sole intention is to ensure that people change and stop accepting crime as a daily part of their lives.Revathi (Sindhu Tolani) supports him.A goon turned industrialist turned politician Chaturvedi (Supreet) is disturbed by his activities.How Bhairava tackles it is the rest of the movie.
