The Indianapolis Colts host the New York Giants on Sunday that features Manning brothers Peyton and Eli playing on opposite sides.

I would expect Peyton Manning using his experience over younger brother Eli. Peyton is a four-time NFL Most Valuable Player and he won their first meeting in 2006, 26-21. In their second meeting in their NFL career on Sunday, I would still see Peyton playing better than younger brother Eli.

Their parents Archie and Olivia were expected to be at the Lucas Oil Stadium but eldest brother Cooper will not be around.

The Colts should hurdle the Giants under Peyton Manning’s leadership.
